Laura Ann Gallo is the Director of Global Compensation at ADP, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Senior Compensation Consultant for North America Operations at Amazon from 2022 to 2024, and were Associate Director Compensation at Rutgers University from 2019 to 2022. Gallo's experience at Foot Locker, Inc. spanned several roles, including Senior Director, Global Compensation, and Manager positions in both Compensation and HR Administration. They also briefly held the role of Acting Director Compensation at Rutgers University in 2021. Gallo is currently pursuing education at Baruch College.
