John Tolochko is a Principal Architect at ADP, where they work on a web-based payroll product that has grown to serve over 850,000 clients since its inception. With over 30 years of experience in IT, they have been instrumental in developing and managing complex software solutions using a variety of technologies. Prior to ADP, John worked as a Software Engineer at Panasonic, where they wrote broadcast software for television stations across the U.S. and provided training in Japan. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University and is actively involved in mentoring new hires at ADP.
