Jill Williams is a seasoned professional in client services and product support, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the field. Jill's career began at Comcast, where they supervised customer care agents from 2000 to 2013. They then continued to enhance their leadership skills as a Contact Center Supervisor at Urban Outfitters from 2013 to 2016, before moving to ADP, where they held the positions of Account Manager and later Client Services Team Leader until 2021. With a degree from Brenau University, Jill is dedicated to fostering positive work environments and supporting the growth of others in their professional journeys.
