Jeffrey Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure architecture and technical consulting. Since April 2001, Jeffrey has served as Chief Architect - Infrastructure at ADP, overseeing the management of CaaS infrastructure using IBM Cloud Private/Kubernetes to facilitate agile application deployment. Prior to ADP, Jeffrey worked at Medco from 1991 to 2001 as a Sr. Technical Consultant, leading the DB2 System Group and enhancing the database engine's capabilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree and a PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, alongside a Master’s degree in Computer Science, all from Stevens Institute of Technology.
