Marissa Dacay is a seasoned marketing executive with over a decade of experience at Adobe, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Marketing since January 2012. In this role, Marissa develops and executes global marketing strategies to drive significant growth and vast enterprise expansion within existing customer bases, focusing on a multi-billion dollar pipeline across the Americas. Prior to this, Marissa held various leadership positions at Adobe, including Senior Director of HR Business Partnering and Senior Director of Global Enterprise Marketing, where responsibilities included leadership development, performance management, and managing cross-functional marketing organizations. Marissa co-founded PIKE & KIP, an athletic-wear line and online boutique, and has held marketing roles at Efficient Frontier, Alibaba.com, Electronic Arts, and more. Marissa earned a B.A. in Media Studies, Psychology, and French from Fordham University and completed a LEAD program through WOMEN Unlimited.
