Joey Taralson is the Sr Director of Product Growth and Community at Adobe, where they focus on developing growth strategies and driving customer loyalty. Previously, they served as Principal Community Product Manager at Microsoft, leading a large team to enhance user engagement across multiple platforms. Joey has extensive experience in community-led growth, notably as VP of Community at Flipgrid, where they successfully guided the company to acquisition by Microsoft. They started their career in sales and management roles at Dell and Dell Compellent, growing revenue and territories significantly. Joey earned a BA in Communications and History from the University of Minnesota.
