Em Siegel is currently a staff designer at Adobe, specializing in inclusive UX design and research. With a focus on creating equitable and accessible technology, they have previously worked at Workday, where they co-founded the Inclusive Design team and contributed to designs for millions of users worldwide. Em has also gained experience as a design manager at Pipe Dream and held various design internships, including one at Google, where they emphasized accessibility for users in developing areas. Em holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Computer Science from Binghamton University and has actively engaged in mentoring and sharing knowledge through workshops and talks on design ethics and accessibility.
