Rashed Al Mansoori is the Head of Procurement Strategy at ADNOC Group, a position they have held since 2024. They possess extensive experience in the plastics industry, having previously worked at Borouge in various roles including Senior Purchasing Specialist and Section Head of Procurement Chemicals. Rashed also served as a Public Relations Officer at Al Otaiba Group of Companies from 2005 to 2008. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Lancashire, complemented by a diploma in PC support from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
