Martijn Rutters currently serves as CFO of ADNOC Global Trading within the ADNOC Group, a position held since April 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at Royal Dutch Shell from 1995 to 2019, where key positions encompassed Transition & Integration Manager for the North Caspian Operating Company, Finance Director for the NC Production Operations Company, and Project Finance Manager for the Kashagan Development. Additional experiences in Shell include Finance & Commercial Manager for Shell Gabon and CFO for Shell Chemicals Yabucoa, Inc. Martijn's early career involved international diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and marketing analysis in the chemical sector. Educational credentials include Master’s degrees in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
