Yechezkel Madanes, known as Hezi, is the CEO and Founder of Madanes Assessments, a company focused on executive diagnostics and coaching. They co-founded the Adizes Systemic Family Coaching and have served as a Professional Director in the Adizes Coaching Division since 2015, contributing to the development of coaching methodologies. Hezi is also a member of the Board of Governors and Head of Research at the International Association of Coaching. Their current initiative, EQ Layer, aims to integrate human emotional understanding into AI technology, enhancing recruitment and talent development processes globally.
