Alok Saxena has a diverse background in waterproofing, construction chemicals, and the synthesis of polymers. They served as a Quality Control Officer at Astral Adhesives from 2018 to 2020 and progressed to a Research and Development Executive at NTC Tiles from 2020 to 2021. Alok then held the position of Research Executive at Asian Paints from 2021 to 2023 and is currently the Section Head of R&D at Aditya Birla Group, focusing on waterproofing and repair products.
