Moldovan Janina is an experienced HR Director EMEA SSM at Adient, specializing in talent acquisition, employee development programs, talent management, and change management processes. Prior to this role, Janina held leadership positions at Honeywell as a Senior Human Resources Manager and at Johnson Controls as a Human Resources Manager. Janina began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from West University of Timisoara and are currently pursuing studies in Chemistry and Biology at Aurel Vlaicu National College.
