Lee Norsted is the Executive Director and Associate General Counsel for Commercial in the Americas at Adient, a role held since 2020. With a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, Lee possesses expertise in International Law, Commercial Transactions, Compliance, and Litigation, including over four years of legal practice in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to Adient, Lee served in various legal roles at Caterpillar Inc. from 2006 to 2020 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from 2001 to 2006. Lee also contributed to education as an Assistant English Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program from 1996 to 1998 and studied Japanese Language and Culture at Tokai University.
