Farley Fernandes

Farley Fernandes is an experienced professional in customer experience and product management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience in Global Business Services at adidas. As a mentor in Product Management and User Experience Design at CareerFoundry, Farley also contributes to academic research as an Associate Researcher at IADE - Creative University and teaches as an Invited Professor at ISMAT. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager at Bemind Design & Technology.
