Florence Hadjout is currently the Head of Transformation Positive Impacts (RSE) at ADEO, where they focus on accelerating positive transformation within the organization. Previously, Florence served in various roles, including Responsable Pôle RH at ADEO Services, where they led initiatives on engagement, diversity, and inclusion, as well as managing internal communications for Weldom. They have a background in marketing and communication, holding degrees from ISCOM and ESP Ecole Supérieure de Publicité. Florence is driven by the desire to foster meaningful projects that create a better world and empower teams to make impactful decisions.
