Marina Androš Drmač is currently the Group People Growth & Development Director at Addiko Bank AG. Previously, Marina held the position of Head of the Career Center, Alumni Center, and International Student Center at RIT Croatia from 2012 to 2023, and served as Brand Manager for Monsoon Accessorize, Aldo, and Tous from 2007 to 2012. Marina's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Small Business Development from RIT Croatia, where they graduated with high honors, and a Master's Degree in Strategy and Corporate Governance from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, achieving a GPA of 4.9/5.0.
