They retired from military aviation after 27 years of service on December 31, 2019, and have experience managing large, diverse teams while ensuring project efficiency. Previously, as a Maintenance Manager in the US Marine Corps, they were responsible for training and team management in aviation maintenance. Brandon further developed their expertise through various roles, including Quality Assurance Supervisor and Maintenance Chief, contributing significantly to aviation operations and standards. They have also earned multiple certificates in quality assurance and military leadership from esteemed institutions.
