Mike G. is an experienced technology and product leader currently serving as Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Ada. Previously, Mike held various senior roles at Zendesk, contributing significantly as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Product following the acquisition of Smooch.io, a company co-founded by Mike, which was valued at approximately 100M CAD. Mike’s career spans multiple leadership positions in product development, including Director at SupportKit, founder of Appifier—which was acquired by AppMakr—and roles in financial modeling and software development. Mike holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy and a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University.
