Steve Cronen-Townsend is a Senior Software Engineer Support Specialist at Acxiom, drawing on extensive experience in support for enterprise-level Drupal applications. Previously, they served as a Client Advisor at Acquia, where they provided knowledge-centered support and mentorship for large-scale clients. With a strong foundation in critical thinking and technical expertise, Steve has also held roles as a Software Developer and Teacher at various educational institutions, and contributed to significant research in computer science during their tenure at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Steve holds a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Cornell University.
