Roberto Mora is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Acuity since January 2025, Roberto previously held positions at the same company as Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and Electronics and Assembly Process Engineer from March 2014 to March 2025. In these roles, responsibilities included overseeing complex manufacturing projects for surface-mounted technology (SMT) and assembly, as well as researching and implementing new process capabilities. Prior to Acuity, Roberto worked at Lear Corporation as a Process Engineer from July 2010 to March 2014, focusing on high runner line processes and managing the introduction, launch, ramp-up, and evaluation of processes and machinery. Roberto holds a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, earned between 2002 and 2007.
