Micah Gilmer is the Co-Founder of Frontline Solutions, a position held since 2005. They served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation from 2021 to 2022 and briefly held the same role at ACTIVEST in 2023. Micah has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Practice in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2009 to 2018. They earned a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University and a BA in African American Studies and Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
