Jerome Roden has had a long and varied career, beginning in 1998 as a Buyer / Planner for San Miguel Corporation. In 2001, they moved to Petron Corporation as an Area Sales Executive. In 2010, they began working at CALLTEK, INC. as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2012, they became a Shift Lead at JobTarget. In 2014, they became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Social Media Manager at Leuterio Realty & Brokerage. Finally, in 2018, they joined ActivePipe, where they have held the roles of Support Escalation Lead, Support Escalation Officer, and Technical Support Officer.

Jerome Roden's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology - University from 1993 to 1998, as well as a Highschool degree from Don Bosco Technical College, Cebu from 1989 to 1998 in Secondary Education.
