Jörg Plümpe has a diverse work experience in both corporate and technical roles. Jörg started their career at Invitrogen in 1999, working as a Technical Specialist until 2001, and later as a Sales Representative. In 2001, they joined Active Motif as a Technical Specialist and then progressed to become the Site Manager, responsible for overseeing operations. Eventually, they transitioned into Corporate and Business Development at Active Motif.
Jörg Plümpe has a PhD in molecular and cell biology from the Medizinische Hochschule Hannover. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl rer. physiol. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, and virology from The Philipp University of Marburg.
