Dr. Jonathan W. Lackland is the Program Director for State Government Relations at ACT, where they develop and execute strategic outreach and lobbying plans to enhance state revenue. Previously, they served as Director of Governmental Relations at Illinois State University, advising on legislative issues and fostering relationships with government entities. Dr. Lackland has held leadership roles in prominent organizations, including the Alzheimer's Association and the Illinois Association of Minorities in Government, and has extensive experience in public policy and advocacy across various sectors. They earned a Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine from Quantum University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
