Lu-Anne Haukaas Lopez is the Deputy Executive Director at the ACLU of Alaska and the founder and president of Indigena Solutions LLC. They have a strong background in Indigenous restorative and social justice, trauma-informed practices, and community organization, which they cultivated as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor at Southcentral Foundation. Lu-Anne has received recognition as one of Alaska's Forty Under Forty awardees and serves on the board of the Alaska Institute for Justice. They continue their education with a Master of Fine Arts at Alaska Pacific University while holding degrees in literature and pastoral studies. Born in Colombia and a citizen of the Sicangu Lakota Oyate, Lu-Anne's work is deeply influenced by their heritage and commitment to community service.
