Rob Viersen is a results-oriented professional focused on continuous improvement, with over 12 years of management experience and 8 years specializing in Lean methodologies. They began their career as a Team Leader at FBTO and progressed to roles such as Manager of Hypotheken at Avéro Achmea and Senior Lean Consultant at Achmea, where they implemented Lean practices and coached teams. Currently, Rob is engaged in a Robotics and PEGA project, continuing their journey in Agile and Lean practices. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing Management from NHL Hogeschool and are passionate about developing themselves and their teams through collaborative learning.
