Erin Thomas is a passionate educator currently serving as the Managing Director of K-8 Humanities at Achievement First, where they focus on strategic planning and data-driven initiatives to enhance student achievement. Previously, Erin held various leadership roles within Achievement First, including Senior Director and Associate Director of Literature Achievement, where they developed high-quality curricula and coached teachers. With a strong background in professional development and culturally responsive teaching practices, Erin has consistently fostered collaborative environments among educators. They earned a BA in Human Development from Connecticut College and an MS in Elementary and Special Education from Hunter College.
