Lindsy Anderson is an innovative Learning and Development leader with a strong background in designing and implementing effective educational solutions. They held various roles, including Vice President of Learning and Development at Achieva Credit Union, where they oversee organizational learning initiatives. Lindsy has also worked as a Lead of Workforce Improvement at Michigan Works!, where they managed teams and developed training programs, and served as an Instructional Designer at Western Michigan University, leading e-Learning course development. Lindsy earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from American Intercontinental University.
