Jerry La Forgia currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Aceso Global since February 2016. Prior to this role, Jerry La Forgia was a Lead Health Specialist at the World Bank from 1998 to 2016, where responsibilities included producing policy analyses, conducting research and evaluations on health systems, and supervising lending projects across various low- and middle-income countries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Health Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank and as a Research Associate at The Urban Institute. Jerry La Forgia began a career in health consultancy working with various institutions, donors, and firms between 1987 and 1990. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Science and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Public Health.
