Lorcan Tiernan is a seasoned independent director and board advisor with extensive experience in various sectors, including payment services, accountancy, and luxury travel. Currently, Lorcan serves as non-executive Chair of ACE Money Transfer Limited, Fitzgerald Power, and OROKO Travel, while also providing senior advisory services to Cogs & Marvel. Previously, Lorcan was Chair of Principal Logistics until its successful sale to Aptean in July 2024 and held the position of non-executive director on The Irish Takeover Panel from May 2018 to May 2021.
