Michael Flaiz is an Accounts Receivable Accounting Manager at Ace Hardware, a position held since 2006. They are responsible for corporate accounts receivable balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries, supervising the annual patronage distribution of approximately $100,000,000 to over 4,500 Ace Stores worldwide while managing a team of three Senior Accountants. Prior to this, Michael served as an Account Manager at RSM McGladrey, where they managed bank transactions and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple fast-food franchise chains. Michael earned a BA in Finance from Miami University in 1989.
