Rachel Jocame currently serves as the Assistant People & Culture Manager (Head of Department) at Mercure Gold Hotel – Accor, where she supports the leadership and execution of the hotel’s People & Culture strategy, overseeing key human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and policy compliance. She works closely with hotel leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with Accor standards while promoting a professional, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, and also serves as the Service Culture Champion for Mercure Gold Hotel.
