John Mahilal is currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering at OTHM and has recently completed an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire. Previously, John served as a Consultant for the Russian-Lankan Council for Entrepreneurial Development from 2014 to 2017 and worked in various engineering roles at Accor and Kempinski Hotels between 2011 and 2026, including Assistant Director of Engineering.
