Duy Nguyen Vinh is an accomplished professional in human resources and administration with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. From May 2017 to April 2018, Duy served as the Human Resources and Administration Manager at Chen Sea Resort & Spa Phu Quoc. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Supervisor at Tam Duc Cardiology Hospital from February 2008 to July 2014, and positions such as Human Resources Director at Dusit International from October 2018 to November 2020, and Human Resources Manager – Welfare & Activities at InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort from May 2018 to September 2018. Duy has held key roles in human resources management at Vinpearl Resort & Villas Phu Quoc and Best Western Hotels & Resorts, and currently serves as Director of Talent & Culture at Accor and will assume the role of Director of People & Culture at Sofitel in January 2025. Duy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
