Sylvia Mørch has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, having held significant roles at companies such as AIMS International, Cobiro, and IBM. They served as a Senior Recruiter at Cobiro from 2018 to 2020 and as an Executive Search Lead at IBM from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Sylvia works as the MD Leadership Recruiter for EMEA at Accenture, a position they began in 2024.
