Shayne Hazel Palafox is a Business Architecture Specialist with a diverse background in software engineering and data analytics. Having earned a BSIT with a specialization in Service Management and Business Analytics from the FEU Institute of Technology in 2019, Shayne began their career as a Student Assistant and later completed an internship as a Data Science/Analyst at Sykes Philippines. Shayne has held multiple roles at Accenture, advancing from Associate Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer, and now serves as a Business Architecture Specialist, where they apply their analytical expertise to transform business data into actionable insights.
