Pepena Weichert has over 29 years of experience at Accenture, having held various leadership roles including Managing Director from December 2004 to May 2024, as well as positions such as Senior Managing Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Analyst. Previously, Pepena began a career at Accenture in June 1994 as a Consultant. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, both obtained from the University of Oklahoma between 1987 and 1992.
