Pascal Pichel is a transformation leader with over 17 years of international experience in change management, HR transformation, and workforce experience. Currently serving as Managing Director for Talent & Organization at Accenture, Pascal oversees a team of 70 consultants, focusing on maximizing workforce performance and enhancing organizational value. Previously, Pascal held various roles at Accenture, including Senior Manager for HR Transformation and Manager for Human Capital Management Solutions, where they implemented and improved HR solutions for clients. Pascal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Change Management from Erasmus University.
