Francis Martinez is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, education, and development. With a tenure at the University of the Philippines from October 1999 to June 2006 as a Literature and Creative Writing Instructor, Francis taught English language and literature courses, additionally managing projects for the University Chancellor. Francis later served as Core Skills Training Manager at Sykes from January 2011 to April 2013, leading the design and delivery of customer service training for new hires. Subsequent roles at Accenture from May 2021 to June 2024 included Global Training & Quality Senior Manager and Capability Development Manager, focusing on training transformation and professional development for over 20,000 employees. Previous experience as Associate Director for Training & Quality at Sykes Asia from July 2006 to March 2011 involved managing communication skills assessments and program development for language trainers. Francis holds a BA in English Language and Literature and an MA in English Studies, Creative Writing from the University of the Philippines.
