Filip Gilbert has over 25 years of experience in HR transformation, having held leadership roles at prominent companies including ADP, Deloitte, and IBM. Currently serving as Managing Director and HR platform lead at Accenture, Filip is responsible for the growth of the Workday practice in Europe while focusing on optimizing HR functions through AI and machine learning. Filip has contributed to major projects for international clients and has a strong specialty in HR transformation and shared service center design. They hold a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
