Fernando Cerdeira is a Director and Solution Architect for HCM Cloud Solutions at Accenture Portugal, where they combine sales and delivery work for HCM transformation programs in EMEA. With over 25 years of experience, Fernando co-developed the Cloud HCM practice at Accenture in Portugal, leading a team of more than 200 at the Lisbon Delivery Center. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Manager and Associate Director, specializing in complex HR technology transformation programs. Fernando began their career as a Senior Consultant at Meta4 and holds a degree in Statistics and Operational Research from Universidade de Lisboa.
