Dhruv Bhatnagar is an AI/ML Engineer with four years of experience in developing intelligent systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for various enterprise applications. Currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Rootle, Dhruv has previously held significant roles at Accenture, Reverie Language Technologies, and Intellica.AI, where they architected hybrid chat-memory systems and developed multilingual NLP solutions. Dhruv earned a Master of Technology in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nanotechnology from SRM University. Their passion lies in creating scalable GenAI systems focused on reliability and user experience.
