Dr. Lindsi M. Lara Pérez is a transformational leader and organizational changemaker with over 15 years of experience in education and leadership roles. They currently serve as the Chief Program Officer at the Academy for Urban School Leadership and have held various positions in Chicago Public Schools, including Assistant Principal and Resident Principal. Dr. Lara's previous roles include External Relations Manager at City Year Milwaukee, Graduate Research Associate at the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy, and Fellow with Education Pioneers. They are pursuing advanced degrees at Marian University and Indiana University Bloomington while having earned a Doctor of Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
