Previously, they held various leadership roles at Accenture, where they drove innovative learning initiatives, earning 13 Brandon Hall awards and significantly impacting over 40,000 employees worldwide. Charles is deeply passionate about coaching individuals and teams, focusing on fostering growth and meaningful careers.
