Prior to this role, they held positions such as Managing Director at WGroup and Alvarez & Marsal, and acted as Chief Information Officer at Cleveland Clinic. Douglas obtained an MBA in International Business from Duke University and a BA in International Business from the University of Alabama. They are passionate about building high-performing teams and finding purpose in their work to drive transformation.
