Rachel Ann de Guzman is currently the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services at ACEN, where they lead the HR and Corporate Services team for the company's Shared Services group. Previously, they held key positions at WNS Global Services as an AVP/Sr. Group Manager-Operations, and at BHP as Manager of HR Workforce Administration, managing multiple HR teams across various locations. Most recently, they worked at Accenture in the Philippines as a Delivery Operations Lead Sr. Manager, overseeing the entire Hire-to-Retire process for a mining industry client. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Guidance and Counseling from St. Scholastica's College in Manila.
