Tsepang Charmaine Magumbo is currently the Head of Learning for RB Technology and Strategy at Absa Group, where they focus on Customer Value Management and People Function. With extensive experience in financial, education, and recruitment services, Tsepang has previously worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Santam Insurance and has held various roles at Standard Bank, including Learning and Development Specialist and Agile Product Owner. They possess a strong skill set in automation, learning and development, and project management, and are certified as a Safe Agile Product Owner/Manager and Enneagram Practitioner/Coach. Tsepang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and additional qualifications in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Education and Training.
