Dr. Dimakatso Morebudi is currently the Head of Change Risk in the Strategy Realisation Office at Absa Group, where they lead risk-based reviews and monitoring of key strategic programs in alignment with the organizational risk framework. With 14 years of experience in risk advisory, auditing, and program assurance across both public and private sectors, Dimakatso previously held roles such as Assistant Manager at PwC and Supervisor at KPMG. They earned a PhD in Commerce and Administration and a Master of Commerce in Programme Management from Cranefield College, and are currently pursuing an Executive Program in Organizational Design for Digital Transformation at MIT Sloan School of Management.
