David Sacks is currently a Sessional Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, teaching advanced financial derivatives and investment courses. They have extensive experience in equity derivatives sales, previously serving as a Director and Principal at Absa Group, where they specialized in structuring bespoke equity derivative solutions for high-net-worth clients and corporations. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Epiuse Analytics, focusing on financial modeling and business valuations, and held a supervisory role at Tradeway. David holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Commerce in Business Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), also from the University of the Witwatersrand.
