Femke Croonen has extensive experience in social work and safety, having served as a Casusregisseur at Veilig Thuis West-Brabant from 2019 to 2023 and currently as a Rapporteur at MijnReclassering since 2020. In 2023, they took on the role of Procesregisseur Zorg en Veiligheid at ABG-organisatie. Previously, they worked as a Toezichthouder at Reclassering Nederland from 2008 to 2019.
